They waited almost 2 weeks to tell me my order would not be shipped and would be canceled after they confirmed it had shipped. Will not be placing an order with them in the future

Bought a manga box set. All the books were counterfeit, printed on cheap paper you could see through, the covers were obvious .jpg scans of actual covers from Shonen Jump, multiple pages were cut off so even if I was okay with the awful quality I can't read half the pages. They shoved the books In to box that was way too small, so a third of the books were completely crushed and folded over on themselves since the paper is so fake and cheap it squishes like a sponge. Don't buy any manga from this company, even if you were okay with counterfeits there's no guarantee you can actually read it.

For me, it's not worth it.

I was not expecting that i will be scammed by fairbookdeals. I will not order again.

The Demon Slayer box set I ordered is a COUNTERFEIT. It also arrived much later than promised, and was damaged on all the corners. When I saw the order was running late, I had to order another from Amazon and when I compared the two, it was obvious the one from fairbookdeals was a complete FAKE. Do not order from this scam site.

Received obviously fake copies. The pictures and text were cut off of the majority of the pages. I have not yet heard back from customer service.

I ordered the Death Note series for my son for Christmas. Not only did the shipping box have “Death Note” written on the outside of the box (which my son saw while bringing the box inside- ruining his surprise) the books are FAKE! I just checked their return policy and it claims they won’t accept returns?! For $85 FAKE books- oh I don’t think so! I expect a full return. I would recommend not purchasing from this company. 1 star is being generous.

I ordered an 8 book set for my daughter's birthday and chose expedited shipping to ensure arrival (3-5 business days) even with the indicated 48 hour order processing time. The website leads the buyer to believe orders ship from within the USA. The order is now leaving India over a week after it was placed, after I've contacted the company through all channels available twice to indicate I no longer need this item. As soon as I requested cancelation they created a FedEx tracking number and went completely unresponsive. FedEx is not in possession of the item 2 days after the label was created, so it could still be canceled with a refund issued. Don't be fooled by good website and US address - the company is deceptive and I will report if a refund is not received.
