Not happy with purchase *Updated*
I bought some Zelda manga from Fair Book because they were selling it for about $10 cheaper. Thought why not. Will not be buying from them again. The delivery box was a nightmare, clearly looked like it had been thrown around and used as a football. The box that’s meant to hold the books was torn, hand dents, and bent corners. The books themselves had dents, some pages ripped, and when I compared some of the other volumes I already had to these that I bought, the books were thinner and just looked… different. I don’t know if that’s because these were a collectors box of all volumes or what. The current return/refund policy is rather excessive. Sending pictures is fine, but most video files are too large to send through email and they say they require a full unboxing video like I’m some YouTuber. I’ve emailed them within an hour of delivery with pictures and I’m hoping for a positive response, but so far I haven’t received anything from them yet. Very disappointing. *Update (6/17/25): I have received an email from customer support that I will be receiving a full refund. I do appreciate their help. I will update this review once more when I see the refund back to my account.
