I preorder a bikini that was supposed to be available May 16; they had it available on their website that day but they didn’t shipped mine. When I asked, they told me they didn’t get the bikinis but that they will ship them the next week which they didn’t; They kept lying and postponing the date that they were supposedly were going to ship my order; this went on for about two weeks and finally I asked them to cancel my order. Worst customer service; they were deceiving, rude and liars. They charged you as soon as you place the order but they never send the order.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Their customer service is the absolute worse, The woman at customer service is the rudest person I’ve ever messaged, in addition to being rude she is a liar. I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I’ve been emailing her back an forth, she kept telling me how the stock hadn’t arrived at their warehouse and how it was out of their control but she can’t cancel my order. Then last Monday she told me that the stock had finally arrived and that my order was gonna ship the next day, I’ve sent her like 10 emails and she hasn’t replied. I asked her to cancel my order and she doesn’t cancel it. ALSO THEY CHARGE YOU AS SOON AS YOU PLACE THE ORDER. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER PLUS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Their return policy is really bad and they make no effort to help. There Large is for someone that doesn’t wear anything larger then a size 6. There over priced for what they are and customer service is not good. I suggest buying from a company that doesn’t make it so diffificult to exchange or return.

Amazing company. Tallara was quick to respond to every query - From The checkout, sizing and delivery. The whole customer journey was easy and relaxed. The details and shape and fabrication reassure you of the luxury feel and price point. They also enhance my natural shape too - I have smaller boobs and was worried they would look small in the Lima suit but the way the suit fits gives a really nice curve and outline to the side of my bust. Great company, great design - Can't wait to see the frida Assen campaign!

I bought two bikini top and bottoms, the Malu and Alvarrez top, and the Goi and Bella bottoms. Customer service was so helpful when my parcel got stuck at customs (since I live in England) and it arrived on my predicted date. The fabric is very nice and eco friendly. I've heard some people complaining about how the bikini tops press your boobs together, but guys! That's what it's supposed to do. Fae Swim specifically markets their swimwear as: "for girls who are not afraid to show some skin". So if that's not you, stick to your speedo gear. I love my bikini tops and bottoms, they make my boobs look and butt look fantastic. My new favourites. Thank you Fae Swim!!

Went by the size chart to order, and when the swimsuit arrived it was SO small. The top is like a compression band, squeezing down your boobs, and the bottoms are so tiny they barely cover anything... unfortunately, because the items I ordered were on sale Im not allowed to return or even exchange them. Ended up spending $200 with shipping fees on something I can’t ever wear!

I placed an order on February 2, it is now February 9 and i still haven't received any tracking number whatsoever! Worse, i emailed them numerous times for updates only to be sent a tracking number for a different package for someone else! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WORST customer service. I ordered a medium top which is larger than normal medium (fine as all sizing is different), but I returned via express post on Monday (tracking showed they had received by Tuesday). Have contacted them numerous times via email and only one response from them on the Tuesday. I needed this top sent back to me so I could take away for the weekend. IT is now friday and still no response. There is no contact number for their warehouse. Will never be buying from them again.
