They promised to ship a part at a certain time and did not ship it, as a result the item was lost in shipping. I contacted customer service, and they will not do anything about it. Will never order from them again.

On 5/21/24 I placed an order with Factorysupplyoutlet.com. They shipped a partial order but they have not shipped the rest of the order. They repeatedly promised to ship the rest of the order but as of 7/18/24 no luck. On 7/8/24 I placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but they have not responded to the complaint.

Terrible company that does not answer emails or phone calls. Do not buy anything from this terrible company.

Order medical supplies - it's been TWO MONTHS with false promise delivery dates. I'm so tired of being jerked around. Requested money back - have received no reply. Guess it's time to alert the credit card...............

This is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. We ordered a 5-gal. hydraulic oil in early December. A few days later, the boss decided to cancel. We did, but weeks later, on Feb.5, we get a message: "Your order has shipped". The item arrived and I requested a return order, which I got after FOUR attempts. Sent the item back. No refund, so we did a credit chargeback thru VISA. Now we're getting hostile letters as if we still had the item. I responded, and got the same letter back. I believe this company is a fraud Just read the OTHER reviews.

I would give them less than one star if possible. Ordered medical supply items more than a month ago. No item received, no update but they gladly took my money up front! Customer service doesn't respond. Deceptive! About to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Deceptive website description of delivery times caused great inconvenience. I placed an order on March 8 with a delivery date of March 13. I received no mention of any delay. When I checked the order status it displayed that it was not yet fulfilled. I contacted their customer service who stated it was not yet shipped and once it is shipped it will be 4-5 business days. This order was needed to complete an important repair and will result is a one week delay on my end. Their customer service could have simply overnight delivered the package but chose instead to save a few dollars and cause damage to their customer. This is not the kind of business I would ever deal with again.

Item hasn't been shipped and its been a month since the order was placed. Estimated delivery was weeks ago and we have received one email stating our package was "delayed". There has been no response to our request to cancel the order. There is no response from customer service in general. As far as I am concerned they have no product and this is entirely a scam.
