Appalling Customer Service Tried to return a faulty wearable fitness tracker 5 months into my 12 month warranty and still haven't found a way through their scripted customer service jungle. Help.

Placed my order April 9 promised 2-5 days delivery After several calls I was told the 23 Fedex finally sent me an email for the 25 on a Saturday late on the day. I have no faith in the Factory Outlet store at all and will not buy from them again!

ssite was easy to use

Easy to use web store. Enough info on site for me to find exactly what I was looking for, an old style stand alone answering machine on which I can leave my own outgoing message to incoming callers

Great product for a great price. I ordered a very precise telescope eyepiece and was not disappointed. It arrived on time and in good condition. I’d recommend the Factory Outlet Store to friends - despite the many bad reviews I saw. Lesson? Don’t order your product two days before Christmas and expect to get it by Christmas!

One of the easiest web sites I use.

Site works well. Good directions.

Timely helpful customer support Great site, fair prices
