I am writing this review to warn others of the headaches you will encounter when dealing with this company. I tried to order a trolling motor on May 6, 2020. At that time, I was told that my credit card had been declined and that he could not complete the order. I also received a text from my bank warning me of possible fraud. I told the representative on the phone to retry the order. He said he could not do that and told me I would have to call their credit department. I never spoke to anybody else, thinking the order was canceled as I was told. I then ordered the motor from a different company the next day. Today, May 28, 2020, three weeks later, they have charged my credit card again for the trolling motor. I immediately called and asked to cancel the order since I no longer need it, as I already have one. They said the order could not be canceled because it had been processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. This is a company that you do not want to do business with. This is the second time I have done business with them and the second time that they have been unwilling to cancel an order. The first order I canceled because they would not ship the order and would not give me a refund. Once again, I am forced to leave a negative review and to contact my bank and dispute the charge on my credit card. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from this company
