poor customer service
I ordered binoculars from them on friday and found the manufacturer had them $20 cheaper on monday. I contacted customer service ( before I got a notification they had been shipped) to cancel the order or see if they would price match. They would not price match and then refused to send me a return label. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call by the end of the day ( they did not). I spoke with customer service today and was told a manager would call by the end of the day( again). They did not! ( again). If I treated my customers like this I would be out of business in no time
