Ordered Honeywell replacement filters 6…
Ordered Honeywell replacement filters 6 each as they advertise such a good price Waited almost 2 weeks for delivery Alas wrong cheap filters that do not fit our AC units Asked for correct replacement was told they would be $79 each Asked for a Return Authorization Number They continue to avoid any effort Appears we will have to call our credit card company Geeeeeeez Update Filters were returned via FedEx and had to notify Credit Card company to intervene due to lack of response from vendor Told us they would resolve the issue in 3-5 days and now have gone totally silent
