Paid $90 for 2 day shipping
Paid $90 for 2 day shipping. The package was late. According to the customer service rep that is somehow my fault. I sent an email requesting a refund. They responded by telling me to call customer service. The first customer service rep said she'd investigate and get back to me. She didn't, so I called back today and that's when I found out it's all my fault. I'll never buy from them again!
