I am not completely sure how you are since I just placed my order and needed new batteries. I am concerned about them because of the previous comments that they were not keeping a charge. I don't know if they are talking about their original battery and that is why they purchased new ones. At any rate, I do hope they work well. The purchase was a smooth transaction though and if I love the new batteries I will be buying from you again. Thank you for an excellent price on them.

Could not find replacement heads in store(s)--frustrating. This was fast, easy, and cheaper!!

This phone is for someone who has memory issues and needs familiar items. I purchased the same phone less than 2 years ago and it is no longer working properly. It is the perfect design, but the quality maybe in question since I am already replacing the last one I purchased.
