FactoryOutletStore takes our customer's feedback and complaints very seriously. Upon receiving your complaint, we launched a full review of the order. Upon investigation, we found that your 1st order was placed on 01/04/2021 for a Garmin GPS. Based on your conversation with our CS rep on 01/23 we found that the GPS is not working as expected. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and share in your frustration. Since receiving your complaint, we have canceled both your orders for the GPS and the Cable and issued a full refund on both. We are also allowing you to keep the GPS and cable once it arrives. We have also sent a copy of the receipt to your email. Again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
