Upon receiving the complaint, we launched a full review of the order. We found that the handset for your clarity phone system turned out to be incorrect. Based on your conversation on 12/27 with our chat agent, our manager reached out to you on 12/28 and 12/29. We found that the manager made an exception for you to return the handset back as we have an extended return policy for the holiday season. We did receive the merchandise back and had issued a refund deducting restocking fees. Since receiving the complaint, we have waived off the restocking fees as a courtesy and issued a refund for the same. We have sent a copy of the receipt to your email.
