Nice site
Nice site, easy to find product info, great options, easy checkout. I'm "cross grading" from a Panasonic four line model with eight headsets to this two-line version with bluetooth plus call block. Hope it works as well as my old Panasonic unit! The only feature I didn't see was custom music-on-hold.

This site is AWFUL!
This site is AWFUL!! The information on the site is not accurate!! Site says they have items in stock and do not... when you call to confirm, they LIE and tell you it is in stock. After placing the order they send you an email stating it is backordered. Then a few WEEKS later, I called back to get status, they LIED again about the status and told me it would ship the next day. Call again to confirm and they LIED again. I'm writing my next letter to the BBB. This is ridiculous!! I would stay as far away from them as possible!! Almost 4 weeks since the original order, I still do not have my item and they have offered me nothing for wasting my time.
