Ordered two Honeywell Merv 13 16x24x4…
Ordered two Honeywell Merv 13 16x24x4 furnace filters. Two problems - Shipped by FEDEX who partially crushed the shipping box deforming the two filters. These were not inexpensive, so am filing a claim with the Factory Outlet Store. Factory Outlet responded promptly to my claim and is providing a full refund.
