Poor customer service and product description
Ordered a telephone handset, based on their description, it was supposed to work with my base. It did not. I spent $37 (including tax) for it. It cost me $7.70 to sent it back, requesting a handset that would work. Instead of a handset that would work with my base, they issued me a $23 refund. TOTALLY unacceptable and total rip-off! I shall never do business with them again.
