Order cancelled
I placed an order 6 days ago. Email confirmation received stating that they were getting my order ready for shipping. Second email received and UPS tracking number given that same day. This didn’t update all and showed no information. I phoned and emailed today. On the phone I was advised that I’d receive a call or email but nothing. So I emailed myself. Then later today I received an email notification that my order has been cancelled. I called to find out what is happening and was advised the watch is not in stock. So not sure how it was processed and ready for shipping. I needed the device for an upcoming running event so massively disappointed.
