Thank you for this follow-up. I have printed this and included it with the return --- the form you sent speaks of a restocking fee. I would prefer a full credit towards filters for the new refrigerator(s) that replaced the Samsung. so here's the old review and your reply. I will look to update this again after receiving the promised replacement. Thanks again. Be careful when you take a quantity discount. Cruz is checking into helping me right now, but I bought 3 refrigerator filters and then the Samsung refrigerator died (5 years old, $2000+ machine). Now I'm stuck with the extra (oh, such a deal) filters, still in their box, still pristine. So I am hoping FactoryOutletStore sees that I was a repeat customer, but now I will shop elsewhere. I didn't buy another Samsung. I went with a DACOR. But they don't stock DACOR supplies. oh well
