Erica did a quick chat and took great care of me ,

Good products, good people

Very nice transaction with paypal, thanks for excepting paypal.

This bunch should have a class action against them for false representation of products as they are a big bunch of LIARS. Prior to ordering a 40 volt battery from this site I chatted first with a person named Kelly about the COO of battery I wanted to order. That person said it was made in USA and hence I ordered it. When I received it, Made in China was imprinted on the battery which ticked me. I contacted the company again and chatted with someone named Sebastian. That person apologized and said it was a mistake and said just dispose of it and I would get refund. Also, I could order another and he would make it right. That did not happen as I order another which was also made in China and never got my refund on first one. Conversation was as follows: "Really apologize for your inconvenience. Sebastian - at 22:39, Aug 25: so do you prefer a refund /exchange with the US model? Dave at 22:39, Aug 25: So what happens now and what will the link solve? Sebastian at 22:40, Aug 25: may I suggest something? Dave at 22:41, Aug 25: Sure because that is the battery I ordered and it states made in China on it. Sebastian at 22:41, Aug 25: okay. Dave at 22:41, Aug 25: So what is your suggestion? Sebastian at 22:41, Aug 25: You could place a new order with me online right now. Sebastian at 22:42, Aug 25: and could dispose off the old unit, no need to send the unit back, I'll forward that for a full refund. Sebastian at 22:42, Aug 25:

Kane helped me dig through and find the right clean and charge station for my razor! It was fast and simple!

Site is easy to use and locate desired items for order. Prices are great and shipment is reasonable and timely.

Everything is great as far as selection and price. The checkout process is cumbersome as you can't edit any fields of the shipping address if your computer auto-populates them. You must go back a screen and begin the order process all over again and type everything in manually. That could be fixed.

Second time purchasing something here. Love the chat and the bundles.
