I felt for an outlet store, the price I paid for my dog collar was very high. The person who helped me may have made a commission on the sale of the collar, but I don't know that. So, it made me feel like I was getting ripped off. I had no choice but to buy a collar, but this was one of the most expensive ones I saw! Why???
