We ordered water filters for our Bosch…
They sent the wrong refrigerator water filters and we had to return them. It was their error and gave us a credit less a re-stocking charge. After writing an unfavorable review with 1 star, they did the right thing and promptly gave us a full refund. I did not expect that.
