No Means to Get AN Order Receipt after Placing an Order!
Made a Few Purchases from Factory Outlet and They Could not Provide any Sales Receipt which is needed for a Browning Trail Camera Warranty - Order. I Never received any Email Order Confirmation. When I Contact them a few months Later They Could NOT Provide A "Sale / Order Receipt"! Odd that They use Technology to place Orders So They SHOULD Have Means to Provide an Order Receipt especially when it less than 1 Year from the Time the Order Was Made! So I am now reluctant to Buy Anything Electronic as You have No Warranty Coverage if You Need a Date of Purchase. So This recent Order was for non Electronic Items! Requested several times and Then Always Required a Phone Call? And Never Got an Order Confirmation I Could have USED for this Warranty Issue so I had not means to get a Warranty from Browning Trail Cameras. And Since I did not have a Printer then No way to get any Kind of Order Receipt!!!
