These folks use UPS Mail Innovations
These folks use UPS Mail Innovations, which is subject to the usual USPS incompetence. According to the UPS website, my package has been sitting at my local post office for 8 days. USPS claims they don't have it, based on their computer and not on an actual physical check. When I suggested that these folks contact the Mail Innovations Team, they gave me some baloney about waiting until January 13 before they will launch an investigation. They should consider using UPS Ground and avoid this stupidity.
