I ordered a refurbished blue parrot
I ordered a refurbished blue parrot headset from factory outlet store.com.The headset is inoperable. I contacted customer service and they proceeded to entice me to purchase a new blue parrot headset. Supposedly it was delivered Monday 03/28/22. but it wasn't. I contacted customer service to advise them and they opened an investigation that will take 10-14 business days..."WOW" Instead of reshipping my product I have to wait 2 weeks...terrible customer service...I will have to say that a Manager did contact me to resolve the situation and sent me a New Blueparrot headset 350. I will say that after that ordeal I am a bit satisfied but it took some time to resolve my issue. I had it mailed to a dfferent address and will wait until 04/06/22. I will state that they will take the lead in making sure you are a satisfied customer. I recommend factoryoutletstore.com....
