Not ready for schools or organizations..
It was easy to fill out reservation, but it has been an absolute beast getting approvals and feedback from the schools. Because it was not ready when promised, the school we had agreed with double booked 2 clubs. We had to then find a new school, plus schools that did not approve never stated comments. When schools were contacted directly, they voiced problems on their end also.

Perfect automation but the respond time…
Perfect automation but the respond time on questions and requests from a human was never.

Showed facility as available
Showed facility as available, then made deposit and not available. Then took 3 weeks for refund.

Hi Angela. Thanks for your response and I'm sorry your request was declined and you didn't get a prompt refund. Though we should have been able to process your refund sooner, according to our records, once you contacted us to inquire about your refund we were then able to get it done same day. We strive for accuracy with our listing of facility availability. While school events take priority over community events, we spend time with every district on an ongoing basis to make sure their internal schedules are entered so that the availability listed for requesters on our community site is accurate, increasing the chance for approval. We also track decline rates and work with districts to help them understand that high decline rates can lead to unhappy community members. Hopefully you'll get approved next time!

it showed the date available on your…
it showed the date available on your calendar. I answered many, many questions which for a layperson were very confusing. It would be nice for there to be more explanation as to what some of the terms meant. The whole process took me more than 30 minutes to complete the application. Imagine my surprise to receive a message that it was declined because the facility is unavailable.

Hi Amy. Thanks for your response and I'm sorry you had a problem. The school district sets the questions you're required to answer when you submit a request to use a school facility, but we can look at reviewing the questions in search of improvements. We can then suggest changes to the district. We strive for accuracy with our listing of facility availability. While school events take priority over community events, we spend time with every district on an ongoing basis to make sure their internal schedules are entered so that the availability listed for requesters on our community site is accurate, increasing the chance for approval.
