Disgraceful company, I order vest from them still waiting, I didn't realise I should reviewed the company, emailed them about 20 times, still the same answer, we will check, now I gave them to end of week and start the proceedings to refund (that be fun), order the items 28.7.23 Definitely a scam my tracking no and order has disappeared now, the automated email, is the same thing Now I have started proceeding get a refund, through PayPal, when looking at PayPal receipts the company, has a different email address, so I have used this, automated email again, been escalated to customer service 1.8.23

I never did get my order !!! Took my money tho 🤬🤬🤬

The only reason they get 1 star is because I had to put something! My mum ordered a weeding tool for the garden but it came with no instructions, no handle and the holes weren't even big enough for the screws to fit in, so it wasn't for for purpose. I have tried everything to get the return address and a refund but they refuse and are insisting the company is right, their departments sent the appropriate tool and have only offered $5 in compensation, but we are in Scotland so that's no use! The so-called customer service department is less than adequate and has done nothing except be rude and unhelpful. Please DO NOT USE THEM. The site is a SCAM!!!

Why didn't I read these reviews ! Exactly the same thing has happened to me that has happened to so many others. Ordered my normal size strapless bra however on arrival ( took 3 weeks) was way too small I would say about 4 cup sizes. However due to the label matching the size I ordered they will not refund or replace. Suggested I give it as a gift to someone. Disgraceful company. Shouldn't be allowed to trade. Do not order from them.

I would never buy from them again the first item took months to arrive. When it did it was faulty so they said they would send another one. Which never arrived so asked for a refund which they are refusing saying I should pay for the one that never arrived. Avoid this company at all cost.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I still have not received my order after waiting weeks and I've emailed numerous times with no response! Do not order from them! I actually wouldn't give any stars to be honest!

Waited 6 weeks for my strapless bra. Is way too small even though ordered correct size. Wish I had read the reviews first cos wouldn't have ordered had I known. Back and forth with emails and getting no where. Can't believe they told me to give it to someone else. Can't see me getting a refund....so 😡 angry. All Facebook reviews sounded great but obviously not from true customers.

I would give it a zero if could. Ordered 2 toys. They didn't arrive for Christmas like said. Neither one worked properly. Had to take videos of them, and wait and wait for their tech team to come back. Offered me 7 dollars for a 22 pound order. Absolutely waste of money.
