Does not deserve one star. Worst company ever. They will insists item is good conditon and the shipping to return the item is too expensive and will not provide the return address. They are persistent to keep the item and offer you £3 for a £37. This company should be close for deceiving customers. After I placed the order and told them to cancel they said you cannot as it’s been placed already but on their website if the item is not been shipped yet you have the right to cancel but in this case they just want money. From June 10 until now Aug 13 still cannot resolve the issue

Do not use this company!!! They will take your money then no deliver your goods. After chasing and receiving generic emails telling me to wait and be patient(!), I got a refund as luckily I had paid using PayPal.

Ordered 2 bras 24 th June still haven’t received them. Emails say be patient and wait for your order 😂😂paid thru Klarna so have reported to them. Pack of gangsters stealing from people

Goods not received. Thankfully "paid later" with Klarna so not yet out of pocket and issue in progress. Do not use this company. It's fraudulent as far as I can see.

Ordered 2 highly recommended tops on advert on Facebook. All comments were glowing so I went ahead. Payment was taken. 6 weeks later and 12 emails still no tops. Every response is generally similar to last one, example ..... We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have contacted the carrier to update status as soon as they can. Please do not worry and kindly wait for its arrival. Thank you for your kindness and understanding. No where to ask for a refund. Wish I'd read other customer reviews on trustpilot. Disgusting company 😒

Scam site. Do not order. I ordered a strapless bra and it took 6 weeks to arrive. Its supposed to be an American company but the package came direct from China with Chinese shipping labels all over it. I ordered a 38E but this is no larger than a 34B and not fit for the purpose due to the bad design. No way to return. Dont be fooled by the video of the big busted girls jumping around. This bra does not provide support or even fits. Company ignore all emails. Avoid!!

This company is a scammer they have taken my money and iv not received my goods ‘ it’s been 7 weeks now ‘ I have asked for my money back all they gave me was £7-99 back so I been I have called my bank and they are looking into this ‘ So people be aware of this company
