I ordered the bra as didnt see any negative remarks on the screen. Oh boy i wish i had seen this site. Its cheap and crap. Emailed to say i wanted a refund offered £2 declined then offered £3 with them saying it was coming out of their wages.

Please DO NOT buy from this company. Like all the other reviews, the product was of very poor quality and did not fit. ‘Customer Support’ said that I got the size I ordered so no returns applicable. When I kept on emailing them they offered me £2 compensation as it would cost me too much to send back. I persistently asked for an address to send it back to, saying that it was my choice whether it was too expensive or not! They tried to fob me off a couple of times saying that I could give the bras to friends and keep the £2! To which I relied NO WAY as they were of such inferior quality. I have repeatedly asked for the address and now they are just ignoring me. Guess I’ll have to chalk it up to experience, but not impressed to say the least!

Absolutely horrendous company. Their sizing is incorrect then as they have sent you the size they won’t accept a return ! Then state in their returns policy which it isn’t ! Customer service is non existent The only thing right is them having RANT in the title

Bra is falsely advertised no support whatsoever and trying to get in touch for refund is a nightmare

Awful don’t buy! I purchased two and when they arrived the material is thin and flimsy and the strange shape cups are loose and offer no support. I contacted customer services but they have said that no quality issues can be identified so no refund will be given. It’s a terrible product, especially for the price. Don’t waste your money.

I bought the bra on the description of the items saying it was a good supporting strapless bra for bigger bust. This is not true the bra gives no support what so ever so I want to return but that seems to be an issue.I have had to repeatedly email asking on how to return and I still have no details. The company have replied saying the will give me £3 compensation which I declined as I will have stilled paid £20 for bras I will not use and will also cost me more expense to buy a bra that does support.I will never buy from this company again.
