I placed order in June 2023 and still have not received it. After writing to them on many occasions giving all the relative information, you are given customer services helpline who instruct you to write less am no further forward as to where my order is. Absolutely disgusting, uninformative treatment of trusting customers. I am now convinced this is a massive scam.

It's nil for me too, have to tick 1 🌟 to be able to write review......unbelievably disgusting this is not a company its a shamefully, gutless scam. Please DO NOT send these awful people your good hard earned monies for any items. You WILL NOT get a refund. They do not care about you all they care for is the money they make and are still making for shoddy items. Taking over one month to arrive, that's if your one of lucky ones to receive your order!!! This company is absolutely awful. I have been waiting 3 months for an order and the tracking says it has been in Belfast for the last 2 months. The Customer Service is appalling and they use every excuse under the sun. Requests for refunds refused a number of times. DO NOT USE.

Scam company just been through PayPal for a refund. Finally received my order of two bras after several weeks and they were nothing like the items advertised. I paid over forty pounds and received cheap, grossly undersized rubbish. They dont respond once they have ypur money and the returns policy is a joke. Luckily paypal stepped in and helped. Please do not make the same mistake I did and avoid these rip off merchants. Need to be shut down ASAP.

I had to give 1 star because no choice to give nothing. This company are despicable, ordered 27th June, still no goods. Contacted on many occasions, same reply every time, they will chase delivery company. If you read reviews for delivery company they are appalling, also connected to the company by the sound of reviews, this was the last update i received, not heard another thing. 2023-07-26 02:33:41UTC London ,AB45 2RW,United Kingdom,The shipment is in transit in the country of United Kingdom Hopefully Karma will catch up with them at some point. No stars. Ordered 3 items of clothing on 7th July and by 14th August they have still not arrived. Have emailed 3 times and have been "thanked" for my patience. Have since read online reviews for this company and don't think the items will ever arrive. Have arranged for a refund through PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs.
