Absolute joke of a company - I’d love to write a review of the item I purchased but I never got it - it showed delivered so contacted Royal Mail who proved the name and address on the delivery was wrong so it had gone elsewhere, never to be seen by me. Contacted them to arrange refund or new item sent and they refused point blank , just kept sending me messages thanking me for my patience ! 3 months on still no joy ! You get what you pay for I guess - on this occasion rock all ! Good luck if you choose to use them !

Absolute rubbish. So called ‘indestructible’ bear dog toy was very much destroyed in around 3 minutes. Not only complete trash, but very dangerous too. Shame on this disgusting company.

Where’s the Zero star button! Indestructible dog bears are fat from indestructible! Waited over a month to arrange turn pasted my Labrador 20 minutes Total waste of money, They replace them if the get destroyed!!!!! Emailed them with the pictures and no reply, What a surprise. AVOID AVOID

We ordered two bears in early December it’s now the 22nd of January and we are still waiting for delivery! We had an email yesterday to say they had been delivered! But they haven’t arrived! Several emails later and they still haven’t answered us! We have now asked for a refund, we will let you know what happens next! Thanks John.

Please can anyone tell me what this scam company actually shows up as on your bank statement? I’m trying to locate it but having trouble. I ordered, it says delivered, but it hasn’t been. Complete scam. Avoid!

It took a long time for the Indestructable dog to arrive. When it came my cocker spaniel demolished it in a day. The customer service is terrible and offered me £2 refund A JOKE> I have escalated to PAYPAL

Ordered the ‘indestructible’ bear for my nephews dog and should’ve looked at the reviews first! After getting numerous tracking updates, the final one said delivered on 17/01 but definitely not. Contacted them and they said it was delivered to contact Post Office with tracking number, so contacted Royal Mail who have noted it’s not a RM tracking number, it’s Chinese and they’ve had lots recently and likely a scam so raise with my bank. Now looking at the reviews glad I’ve not received the item and hopefully get the money back via credit card company. Also as another customer, originally they overcharged which was then credited back when I contacted them! 0 stars DO NOT USE!
