Only 1 star because I have to give something to write a review. Avoid this scammy company at all costs. Ordered the dog toy early December, tracking information showed it in the states, northern Ireland, then my town. 6 weeks later, still no order. Contacted them when the tracking information said it had been delivered to say, no delivery. I was asked to check with the Post Office, which I did, the tracking reference wasn't recognised, checked with my postman (parcels are few and far between) and nothing. I was then advised to check with my neighbours, all 70 of them! Unbelievable! Then they asked me to check surveillance videos. I'm not sure where their base is that this is standard, but I don't have surveillance videos. Explained that my contract was with them and not the courier and they must do some diligence, but they refused saying it had been delivered but can't tell me to who. Scam, scam, scam.

I would give less than a star! Ordered an indestructible dog toy which took a month to arrive. Once it arrived, my dog destroyed it within 10 minutes. I sent a photo and video to Fabluarant who replied with an offer of a £2 refund. When I rejected this and said I wanted a full refund as the item was not as described, I was told I would have to return the item to China to get the refund. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not only did the company claim they had been delivered a whole week before they actually were, causing me a lot of stress, but they lasted under 10 minutes before my room was covered in innards. Absolute rubbish. Do not buy.

Order beginning of December yesterday 23rd said delivered emailed said not arrived. Email sent back to me to contact Royal Mail I looked at the picture and zoomed in the address and name wasn’t even me company are a shambles and refuse to give refund

Ordered 14th Dec 2024 and still waiting. The package seems to have been in more countries than Phileas Fogg and now they tell me it’s been delivered however the Post Office have no clue of the tracking number provided. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Just give me my money back but they refuse!!!! Avoid at all costs.

Don't not use this company My ordered hasn't turned up been 7 weeks now and just get ignored when asking for a refund

Waited over a month to get the "Unbreak Bear". It lasted less than 5 minutes with my dog. Please do not waste your money or time, they are certainly not what this company promises.
