My item never arrived and they won’t refund me so they have stolen my money

The bear took weeks to arrive and when it did my dog had ripped it apart in 5 minutes. Complete rip off, pardon the pun.

0 star review…. I purchased an indestructible bear, haha what a farce, my cockapoo destroyed it within a couple of hours. I purchased this via a instagram ad. Contacted them and was told I would be refunded if….I paid the return postage of between $20-$35. And the item had to be in a unused condition, or alternatively they would offer me a £3 refund and I could keep the useless dog toy, I refused and they then offered me a £7 refund, again I refused and then the offered me a final offer of £7. This useless indestructible dog toy cost me £17:98 with postage. What a complete Con. So this is currently with PayPal to review. BTW. The product has now been removed from their website..,

Bought this indestructible toy, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (what a fierce dog) had this toy in bits after 20mins please people same your money as these toys are rubbish.

3-4 weeks delivery for an indestructible bear that was destroyed in 10 minutes. Company will not process a full refund despite photos Total waste of money and useless company. Do not buy!

This dog toy is dangerous, it took over 1 month to arrive it lasted 10 mins before my frenchie almost choked it is 100% NOT unbreakable and I consider it dangerous for animals . The customer care is non existent.

Bought two of these indestructable bears for my mum's two Jack Russels. Waoited a month to arrive. One kind of squeeked with careful effort the other remained silent. An ear came off one bear in 5 minutes and the other's front stitching split olen within 15 minutes. Very poor quality product and an embarassing waste of money.

Terrible company, avoid. The heavily advertised an indestructible bear, dog toy for £11.99. On purchasing p&p and taxes were added on with no options to cancel, they appeared onthe bill after at £18.00! I then waited a month for the dog toy to arrive, which wasn't at all indestructible. A small cockapoo destroyed it in under 3.5 minutes! In the adverts on Fb and Instagram they tried to saw it apart, cut it with a knife and it with stood an angle grinder. Clearly this was false advertising. I asked for a full refund and have been covered £2. Scammers.
