I was sent wrong item. Told customer service and they did NOT give me a hard time simply sent th right item.

I had an issue with my delivery (which was totally my fault) and instead of being rude about it, customer service was so accommodating, kind, and understanding. It was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am so excited to get my Fall Box! I absolutely love all the fun and unique items I get every season. I have been getting boxes since 2018 and will continue ordering for as long as they have boxes to order!

I have been with FabFitFun for years. Their customer service is unbelievable. I guess that's why they have so many stars on this site. I never realized how rare that was until I ran into an issue with Boxycharm and was tossed aside like I didn't matter. I then realized Fabfitfun is a rare find in a company. From sales to their box to what really matters which is how they treat their customers. I will be a FabFitFun member for life. I spend tons of money when the shop opens and they always have super great deals. If you ever have any issues they will help you even if it goes against their policy. I had an issue one time out of years of being with them and they said it was not policy for refund but they made an exception. This was about 7 months ago. I love places who still care about the little people. Its not when you don't have issues with something but its when you do that you truly know how good a company really is. As much money as they make they still accommodate everyone they can. Their business model is awesome and I am happy to be a member. Also they have great deals to stock up on for Christmas gifts and birthday gifts! Absolutely amazing company.
