FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I'm a relatively new member of FFF (this is my third box) but I already feel like a long standing member of the family. The boxes are the highlights of my seasons - it's like FFF can read my mind! I have used every item I've received, and have gotten compliments on many of them. I cannot recommend FFF enough!

I recently had an question regarding my membership and charges. I was able to speak with Shin at customer care. Shin was able to efficiently answer the many questions I had. Amazing customer service!!

FFF representative was wonderful to work with. She was quick and clear with her responses. I have already received my tracking information for the replacement. FFF has one of the best customer service system and employees I have had the pleasure of working with to resolve issues.

The customer service is fast, and extremely friendly. By far the best customer service I've ever been provided.

Zed is a asset to the fabfitfun company. Very polite and helpful.

I was really worried about my box. And she put my worries at rest.

I reached out to FFF support; believing my request would be denied. Totally expecting sorry but no. I received an email within a couple hours. The issue was managed in a timely fashion, with empathy and ended with my situation being acknowledged & a solution for me. I am impressed with FFF support team! And I am appreciative!

I made a mistake with my account and she quickly resolved it
