FabFitFunReviews of fabfitfun.com

I absolutely love my fabfitfun boxes. Having somewhat of a say in what I get it awesome. I have found so many new products I now use regularly that I would have never tried otherwise due to some of them being pricy. Customer service is top notch. You won't be disappointed.

I recently had a great experience with FFF. I was legitimately (yes people, for real) unaware that I had signed up for recurring membership with FFF. They were kind and understand and PROMPT with reversing the charge and cancelling my membership. This is the type of service that makes you want to come back and renew (when I have the money to do so!). Thank you again!

I had placed an order which included a free gift if you purchased a certain amount of product. I received the products in a timely fashion but the free gift was not being delivered. It was just sitting after clearing customs. I contacted customer service via Live Chat and chatted with Ian. I explained the situation and provided the tracking number. He felt that maybe the package had been lost and immediately offered to send me out a couple of mystery items to cover those items. I truly appreciate the efficient service without having to ask for it. I have chatted with customer service via the live chat and have always been extremely happy with the outcome. Keep up the amazing work FFF customer service reps!

I love this product

I was missing an item in my fall box. I used the chat option and had Olive who was very pleasant, helpful, and arranged to have a replacement sent to me. I really love the customer care team a FabFitFun, they've always been helpful.

FabFit team is amazing especially Jee who helped me. Tysm for resolving my problem so quickly and so kindly

Received my fall 2021 box today which was impressed by the shipping time. But my restore Amica conditioner was broken I took pictures and got on the chat. I could not upload the pictures for some reason but Angela sent me email link to send them that way which I did and she put in for a replacement and explained that it could be 2 to 3 weeks before it shipped. Which I appreciate the clarity and being upfront. It’s unfortunate that there was damage but stuff like that happens. Did not deter me from getting another box or product

I have been receiving FabFitFun boxes for a year now and I love them all. I especially appreciate the option to customize selections which was recently added to include a 4th customization. BONUS! The products are of quality and care and I cannot wait to receive them, each season. The pricing is perfect for what you receive and how nice is it to be self-pampered 4 times a year!
