I have NEVER experienced such a fantastic level of customer care. I have been a customer for 3 years and I will always give FabFitFun my money as I know I am valued as a customer. Any time there has been something not quite right with my box, CS have fixed it beyond any expectations.

I received my box with the wrong items. I reached out to customer service and they quickly resolved the issue. This happened on a Saturday as well! I wasn’t expecting a response until Monday.

Doris is so relatable and kind but professional at the same time she made everything clear and understandable and went above and beyond to resolve my issue thanks so much Doris and the rest of the FFF team!! L

My call with customer service rep Ray, was great. Unfortunately, he can’t speed up shipping times. My complaint is that it takes me three weeks to receive a box I pay an annual fee to get. However, the celebrity influencers get their “FREE” boxes very quickly. Seems strange when some of them live across the country. Why do their boxes not take as long if coming the same distance? You should service your paying customers first and foremost!! Very bad business to tell us it’s shipping issues due to weather delays. I am able to receive packages from all over in two to three days. Why three weeks for Fab Fit Fun??

Always love the extra customization with the annual box. The only time or two I've had an issue or question, it is handled quickly. I love my Fabfitfun and look forward to it every season.
