I put an order in awhile back and wanted to check on it. I used their live chat option but we unfortunately got disconnected. Zed, the Customer Care Specialist, emailed me all the answers and even gave me a credit to my account for being patient. I Love FabFitFun! I am a young widow and I buy myself things from FabFitFun as a pick me up and to remind myself I’m worth it.

Drake was able to pinpoint the fact that all my correspondence with your company was going to my junk mail. This is why l was not able to customize my summer or fall subscription boxes. I will see if the next time I can receive the message in time to customize my winter subscription box.

My box was lost and I sent a note to FFF customer service. Jack responded very quickly and offered me several options for replacement. Eventually my box was found and delivered, however Jack was most apologetic regarding the mishap.

This is my first year with FFF and I have loved all 4 of my boxes. I also love the adds and the huge variety to choose from - haircare, skincare, clothes, housewares, pet products, tech items, etc. I have tried some products that I now love and would never have even heard of if not for FFF. I swear my skin and hair have NEVER looked better 😁 I have never had a problem with purchases except for my last box. It was minor and when I reached out to FFF help, they responded so quickly and fixed my issue in such a hassle free manner I couldn’t even believe it! I can’t wait to sign up again for the next year. Thanks for this awesome program.

I rarely have issues with my FabFitFun items, but when I do, their customer service is top notch every single time! I just cannot say enough about how much I love FabFitFun❤️

Alexa was very comforting. Thank you for being sweet. I was nervous after getting an email asking me to stop continuously emailing customer care. After just sending one email. Alexa had a very different attitude than that, it made me more at ease.
