They have the best customer service I have ever seen! After sending an email about my membership,on a Sunday, they contacted me within the hour and handled all of my questions. The lady was extremely nice and understanding. Aside from customer service, their products are amazing!

Excellent customer service regarding an order that shipped almost a month ago an still hadn't been received. Too bad because I really wanted the flame less led candle set. Money was refunded though so all is good.

I forgot to add my promo code when I upgraded to the annual membership and it was easily fixed. I had also changed the credit card to use but it was after the charge went through. This was handled quickly and easily as well. Overall you all have been wonderful when we've had any type of problem.
