Excellent customer service! I have been a customer for years and had an issue with an item this seasons box. Their customer service agent Nash was so kind and helpful even with me being frustrated (did not take it out on him lol). They were able to resolve my problem without issue! It's rare to find great customer service these days, so it was so nice to deal with one of the "good" ones for a change!

Really great subscription! Super flexible with item swaps, add ons, and options to customize it to your liking with convenient renewal options for products like face wash etc. I noticed and appreciate the increase in more diverse box items that fit outside of the stereotypical "thin beautiful white girl". I feel very included and thought of in this box. Unfortunately I did have to cancel due to my financial situation changing but the annual subscription is worth the money :) I wish more items were Canadian specific though or Canadians didn't have to pay extra shipping. The conversion rate kills us! Iook forward to renewing my subscription when my financial situation allows! I've always had good customer service and been given refunds when a discount didn't go through or was given added credit. I find that if you have an issue and politely contact them they are pretty helpful and able to make things right!

I absolutely LOVE FFF. I have been subscribed since 2017. I had thought of canceling, but honestly it is the best subscription service I have found, and so much more reasonable than others who try to be FFF.

I was a little hesitant when I first signed up. I had a gift certificate but was charged the annual subscription (my own fault for not realizing I had to download my credit) 🤷🏻♀️ Alexa at FFF was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me navigate the site and I was credited the full amount and used the gift certificate instead. Very grateful for her help! Looking forward to my box of goodies 😁
