The products they offer are nice, but the company is just a huge mess. They do not have the ability to fulfill their orders, they keep canceling orders based on the fact they do not have enough inventory. They delay deliveries, and customer support is unable to help with anything. It is sad, because the idea of this women products subscription is so cool, but they just do not know how to function.

Customer service is horrible!!! I got charged three times for 1 box never received. Over $400 in charges from fabfit. I Called, emailed just get the run around super frustrating. No resolution after months. Just going to report to BBB and submit fraud complaint with my bank.

Recieved my first box of Fabfitfun. I was very unhappy about the products sent to me. Poor Quality. Would have been better off going to the dollar store. I got a yoga mat. I don't do yoga. I got detox pads, no scent whatsoever. I got sugar cubes, unimpressed. Body soufflue no scent. Body oil no scent. Earnings and eye pencils and hair therapy. I love bath and body products make you smell nice. Too bad.

so disappointed I have no word to describe :( payed,waited for 4 weeks then find out they forget to ship my box! It is just a wasting time :( empty promises extremely unhappy

Joined yearly subscriber option to get early access especially since I am on the east coast so their pacific start time is my east coast lunch hour. Early access starts, yet the site gives a 504 gateway error. been happening now for 20 minutes and counting. Just checked their Twitter feed. Apparently this happens every time. Get it together, FFF.

A large part of the problem are the mediocre products but the root of the issue starts from the top. For the consumer looking to buy a generic box of beauty products for a price inflated to stroke its owners egos and to wait years for shipping only to receive the wrong products and only to then be told by customer service they’ll fix their error as a courtesy to you...well, here you go. A box of mediocrity.

So I order my box on the 16th I have not received it yet. Today the delivery status say "delivered on step did not ring bell. So I contacted them and there told me to wait until the 30th they will email. Hmmm so fff took my money right away. But I have to wait. Sounds great. I sat home all day for nothing. Thanks fff!

This company is a complete rip off. They do not take any responsibility for the shipment issues with their product and refuse to assist in any way when packages lost and also refuse to give refunds. They claim they are not responsible for shipping issues, yet this is the only way you receive their products! Their customer service employees ignore emails and respond with overly friendly messages meant to gloss over these issues. The products also arrive broken and they will not replace them.
