Annalyn is an excellent Service Representative. I chose to cancel my subscription for several reasons. Annalyn was very helpful and did not give me any hassles even after she tried to encourage me to keep my subscription. My subscription was cancelled and receipt was issued immediately without hesitation or complaint. I was very impressed with her courtesy and professionalism. I would have no hesitation in opening a new account in the future or recommending FabFitFun to my friends.

Fabfitfun was great in helping me resolve an issue that was created on my end. They were very helpful, kind, and informative.

Most of my boxes I have truly enjoyed but the winter box was disappointing, especially when you think the box that came at Christmas time would be amazing……. Not….

I moved and didn't change my address before the billing date but did so on my account but my box was delivered to my old address FFF rep Frank resolved my problem & I am getting a new box! I always look forward to receiving my FFF box and now the customer service I received is equally awesome!

Efficient professional and very polite

I had a problem with one of the items in my winter box-I sent an email to FFF. Jack responded promptly with a solution that was perfect,

FabFitFun first and foremost is their customer service. What make or break a company comes down to that and hands down FFF go above and beyond. I really appreciate that in a company. Next is their offerings of products in their curated boxes which you can still customize with many options, between 3 to 6 per categories. I usually buy additional for gifting cause they offer great prices. Their shipping is super quick under covid-19 circumstances. I have ordered from their shops and special events and they don’t disappoint. I also like the community FFF created and how the people who works there interact with their customers. They know how to get us all excited about the next box. This is like the added bonus using FFF app. I rarely write reviews so this is one for an overall great company to support with their vendors / brands selections.
