Friendly and helpful

I worked with Jack over several emails to resolve an issue and not only was he cheerful but he was also incredibly understanding and helpful.

Customer service was great — even followed up with me a few days later to make sure my concerns were fully addressed. I know when I order with FFF that I’m dealing with a company that cares about customers, that they sells quality products, and that they’re a company with integrity.

This is the first time I've had to contact customer service about and issue and I'm not even entirely sure it was a FFF issue but more of a transit issue. Either way, it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Even with the notices that they were experiencing high call volumes, not only did I get a same day follow up but it was completely resolved within hours and very little effort on my part.

I received an item that was spilling on its way to me and half the product was gone. Reached out to FabFitFun and took a week to get back to me but I was issued a refund. Thank you

FabFitFun is an exceptional service. They give access to amazing deals on quality products every season, and the community is so wonderful. Issues are resolved quickly and they always make things right. I will be a member for a long time.
