Not impressed with box offerings for membership cost - will NOT be renewing my membership.

Disappointed! I got charged for the winter box and not only that I didn’t get chance to review the box, I didn’t received it yet. I am scared of what will come if ever comes!!????! Now reading the reviews below got me even more nervous ! I canceled them immediately and write them a message. First box was fun and exciting and I was looking forward to the next one... so soo sooo disappointed !!!

I requested a skip for the winter box and confirmed it was skipped. My billing history even showed my invoice for the winter box was credited however my credit card never received the refund for the $53. Customer serviced told me that supposedly an "internal error" occurred and they sent out the box anyway and then charged my card again. I told them I didn't want the box but they said since it already shipped there was nothing they could do and if I wanted a refund, I would have to mail them back the box at my own expense even though it was their error that they sent it to me. Cancelled my subscription.

Ordered as a gift as could deliver to America, didn’t arrive. Their solution was to offer a further 3 weeks processing time and 10 days delivery for a replacement, ridiculous that they can’t sort out their own error more promptly that this. Ended up having to push for a refund.

Horrible customer service and the option to customizing wasn’t there for winter2019. Additionally the products take forever to ship! Do not waist you time or money!

I just started with Fab Fit Fun the past two Seasons. Fall, and now the Winter 2019 box. My first box was good! Nothing to spectacular but it was good! This winter box was atrocious. I didn’t receive any of the more desired options and I didn’t get an email to pick out my preferred options before hand. I wasn’t going to write a complaint. But then I got the LXMI Pure Nilotica Melt, the “Nourishing Balm-to-Oil” product. There was less than a quarter of the product in bottle, and appeared squeezed. I opened it expecting it to have no protection barrier on the tip and it did. BUT, it looked like one that had been put on after the fact. It was very cheap looking and flimsy. Not at all what is expected from a company to use to protect the product inside. The bottle has no tears or holes in which the product could leak out of. So I’m really disturbed. I’ve sent them a request and hopefully hear back from them.

FFF used to be so good. I’ve been a member for two years but cancelled after the disastrous 2019 winter box. As the company’s gotten bigger, the quality of the products and customer service have gone WAY down. The lotion and candle I received have ZERO scent. Literally nowhere on the candle box or magazine is there a scent described for this thing. Who wants a candle with no scent?? I definitely agree with the other reviewers here when I say that you could find most of their current products in any TJ MAXX or ROSS. I miss the name-brand, full size products. Also there were no fitness options for this winter box?? It was all skincare or makeup. And don’t even get me started on the app. It looks like it was made when the company started up, and then no one touched it. Not user friendly at all, do y’all even have a PR/tech person?? Totally disinterested. Don’t waste your money.

I was a part of this subscription but canceled it because it was not worth the money. Months after canceling, I was charged a random $52 after I didn't even have a subscription with the company. After having a pointless conversation with someone on their online chat, I was able to get no refund for 0 purchases and 0 subscriptions. DO NOT EVER SIGN UP! they will steal your information.
