I had an issue with a shipment. I bought some items on the black Friday sale, but was sent the wrong item. A little bit disappointing, as I wanted my original item, but customer service was great! I used the Facebook chat, and my issue was resolved same day.

I absolutely love my FabFitFun box arriving at my door, 4 times a year. It really is Christmas gifts in a box seasonally! I have received many great items that I wouldn’t just go out and purchase, and other items I have found and use all the time now. I love how everything about FabFitFun is all women owned businesses, very empowering!

A wonderful assortment of products every season. The box is always fun to receive and I personally love the few items I cannot customize so I have a surprise! Anything that is something not for me and I won’t use is a great gift for a friend or family member! The community is a nice additional bonus that I can participate in daily. I enjoy reading some of the posts and subscribing to different topic categories. And the random contests and unexpected freebies the FFF team does for community members is truly above and beyond! :) I love this subscription!

Love the treat to my self every few months! I have found some great new product lines that i probably wouldn’t have tried if not for FFF. The customer service always goes above and beyond to help out on any problems.

This was the first time I've not received a package and I thought it was going to be a long, drawn-out process, but it was a very fast response and resolution.
