I ordered the winter 2019 box on December 11, 2019. It is now February 10, 2020 and my box still has NOT shipped. I contacted customer support 2-3 weeks ago and was assured my box was getting ready to ship out within the next little bit. I contacted them again today, February 10, 2020, to check on the status of my order seeing as I never received shipping confirmation via email and was told my box did not ship due to an 'unforseen issue.' I was never told what that issue was nor was I given any way to make sure this 'unforseen issue' was remedied.

The Style Box was not for me. Felt terrible. The pants looked like a size 6 and the tops were not figure flattering for a women my size and age. Big mistake,

This is not what I ordered and paid for. Instead of getting any of the items that seem to be nicer, at least as described by the magazine editor or the various commercials. Be very careful of the way this company works; if you are not one of the lucky ones that are told you must customize your box - but only 3 of the items - and if you're not quick enough apparently, then you get a box of 5-6 beauty products that you can get from the 3 -4 other companies that provides you the same beauty products beauty products, but their prices combined are far less than this one box at $50. I do believe that if you don't pay for the FULL YEAR you are going to get screwed over, just like me, except I cancelled my subscription. I'll give my money to a company that provides what they advertise. It's too bad because some of the boxes had nice things....but Cause Box & Globein will do just fine. Sincerely, Cynthia J Barnes

Got my first box and it will be my last! I’m usually very suspicious of anything promoted by influencers but this looked like fun. It’s a joke. The box is nice and big. When I opened it I couldn’t wait to see what it was stuffed with. All the pictures and advertising looked so great. Once I sorted through all the packing material - my big box held 8 little items. They could have put that in a brown envelope with room left over. Save yourself the money and aggravation. Not worth it!

Awful company to deal with! Ordered a subscription and they billed my card and say they won't ship for 6 weeks! Are you kidding me. And they were not clear - it is not even a full subscription but an Editor's Box! Look at all the reviews - products are sub standard not worth what they say and they never ship! Canceled my subscription and wonder if I will get a refund.

I ordered my first box and recieved the fall back end of October, and I then recieved the Winter box end of November, I didn't expect to recieve another box so soon and had not time to cancel this subscription before I had another box of items I didn't get to review before they sent it. I thought it was quarterly and felt the items have nothing to do with me or what I had given answers to in the survey, spoke to Bev to cancel subscription and she gave me all the information to return the box but a address label. I took box the the post office and $30 to send this crap back is outragious and know I will not be able to recieve a refund because I refuse to ship this back; Not a happy first time client

I received my first box and it had resistance bands that they valued and $34 that were $3.99 on Amazon I sent them a screen shot of this and “Claire” responded saying she was sending me out more of the same stuff Plus free gifts. I told her I was very disappointed and embarrassed I gave this as a gift to my mom. Her response was you’re welcome I’m here to make you happy. I got a follow up to my interaction and realized she was from the Philippines and obviously didn’t understand what I was saying. When I said she didn’t seem to understand what I was saying I got another email from Pierce in the Philippines saying he was sorry I wasn’t happy with the service here’s a $10 credit. I just gave up and said thanks because while they were very nice they clearly didn’t understand or care about what I was trying to say. I’ll just cancel my subscription and never give this as a gift again. The other stuff in my box seemed to be discontinued items or the second hands that would go to TJ Maxx because I looked them up.

I ordered a starter box to try them out, and sadly they ship through Fed Ex who was supposed to deliver it TODAY, but after departing the SAME Keasby NJ facility 2 days in a row, no other tracking updates.. it looks like it was lost... I will never order a more expensive box from a Company who uses Fed Ex as they're too incompetant to deliver a package on time !
