Im ok with the fff. Here is a question though... I've been an annual member for 3 years yet I've never received any of your bonus items. People post free stuff and I've yet to receive anything. You can not play favorites. Like wheres my free winter bundle??? Thats what I thought

I love the box. I never "customize" because I look forward to the surprise :) The only issue I have is the shipping. It takes over 20 days for the package to arrive. Pony Express would be faster.

Love my box always makes my day. Would give it five stars if it had a bit more Home stuff. There’s only so much make up and beauty products you can use before you’ve got too many.

I really love my boxes and and you have a fabulous team. You have great CSR's, however they don't always have the correct or same information and it is frustrating.They will fix any issues quickly and efficiently, but if you ask the same question to 5 different CSR you have chances that you will get 3 different answers. I do understand that situations can evolve quickly, I would rather be answered, I will verify or we currently do not have this answer than receiving the wrong information. This is the reason I gave you a 4. I would suggest that when you receive the same question several times, that you could post it on the community. This way you will probably receive less questions and we will receive all the same answers .

My box is lost in the mail. But Jack very kindly told me not to worry, they would take care of it.

Hi! The opportunity to customize is excellent. I rated it 4 stars because I didn’t get what I had requested. I received two skin care items that I will absolutely not use. Everything else I got I love!

For the last few years I haven’t had a problem but the last two have been an issue. Missing a box (which was replaced quickly by fabfitfun, missing items again replaced). The best customer service I have ever dealt with. Thank you fabfitfun for being so amazing.

I have cancelled my annual subscription, which turned out to be a very smooth transaction! Thanks so very much FFF and Sandy. I was a member for some years and hated to cancel. My gf cancelled before myself. The product and packaging are just Not what they once were sadly. Thankfully I was able to cancel w/o a problem. I am just really sad as my friend and I used to be so Excited about our boxes..
