Hi, I am an annual member and have been with fabfitfun for a while now. I love the boxes. However, this season my box was shipped using Pitney Bowes. That company has the WORST reviews of any shipping company. Please NEVER use them again. My box was shipped on August 20th and stopped moving on August 27th, it still has not moved. I contacted customer service and they made me wait until August 10th to see if it ever arrived....it did not. They are supposed to be making me a new box and mailing it. I hope they do NOT use Pitney Bowes. The only down side to a new box is I am no longer getting some of the things I wanted, which makes me not as excited about my box. Fabfitfun PLEASE USE A NEW MAILING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

My box wasn’t shipped out / or was lost - shipping indicated the box never left the warehouse in over 10 business days. The worker helped me by having a new box sent / but some of my items selected were out of stock by that point. I was pretty disappointed because I joined early for the whole year so I could have first selection.

Company needs to do a better job of tracking and take more responsibility for it. If a packaged was shipped on 8/17 you should know when it’s delivered to customer. If after 3 weeks you have no confirmation it’s been delivered then the company should be contacting customer to apologize for inconvenience and then make it right. If this happens again I will no longer do business with you and will let friends and family know to do the same. Thank you.

There was a resolution though it wasn’t the best. The best outcome would have been that I order things, pay for them, and they are shipped in a timely manner. Instead I ordered things, paid for them, had to wait a month and a half to be refunded for items no longer available and the rest will be shipped sometime. I am appreciative that I didn’t get ripped off though. The person that helped me in the chat did a good job finding out what the hold up was.

The first box was awesome! Loved all the products and it was so exciting to get the box and be surprised. It has been 2 years, and the box contents are hit and miss. I increasingly have been disappointed with it and wonder if the value is even there anymore. I received a purse that I used once, then the strap broke. There was a cactus cup that looked like it came from the 99 cent store. I threw it away. I am not expecting super expensive items, but come on. Additionally, the shipping is so confusing. It sits "in transit" for so long, I think they lost it. When I finally find the phone number to FFF, they give me stock answers. I was able to get the shipping company number from the the person I was talking to, but guess what, no one answered and the recording said the mail box is full. Shipping company seems so unprofessional. It is understandable for keeping costs down by using a cheaper shipper, but I have no idea when my box is arriving as the tracking number is worthless. I have never been more close to canceling than I am today. I enjoy most of the products, the quality surprises, and the cost, but it is so hard to have any kind of effective communication with FFF...except when I wanted to upgrade my membership.

Jack took care of getting back but I’m worried if I wait till the 10th to get back to you, I won’t get my stuff I chose in my box! It shows it has been in Indiana since the 27th of August! I’m not happy with your shipping methods! It’s always later than everyone else’s box!

I have been picking my items and I don't end up getting them. I paid for the special vip subscription and I still have yet to get the items I want when my box comes.

The boxes themselves are pretty good with an interesting selection of products however customers outside of the US are restricted from choosing certain items which is disappointing. Sales are a bit hit & miss - some items turn out to be fab at a great price but other times I’ve had expired items which is just not acceptable. Customer Service seem pretty good at resolving issues but having expired items is a big no no in the first place.
