My account was upgrade to a premium account without my permission. I’m still battling to get a refund. The company is awful at replying! I just want my £209 back! It’s disgusting they can take money without your permission. I will not be using this website again!

I received my 2020 spring box from FabFitFun. Full of broken products. Could not have been a bigger waste of money. I would not recommend this subscription to anyone.

I purchased a 1 time box. Not a yearly subscription. I did enjoy my box, so when I got an e-mail letting me know that the spring box and add on items were available I decided to check them out. I placed a few add on items in my cart so that I could look at them. But then left the site. I never checked out. I never confirmed my purchase or the card I wanted to use. The company automatically checked me out and charged my card with everything in my cart. I found out when I received a confirmation e-mail letting me know my stuff was not only on its way but my card had been charged.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use FabFitFun. They still have a lot of kinks to work out, as far as shopping time frames, customer service training, and just overall how the company is ran. I have found some great products but some of the side businesses that FabFitFun runs are to up to standard. Also, their business practices are a bit shady and many have had to call them out for the misrepresentation of information. Edited: This will be my last box with FabFitFun. I just received my spring box and they have Gina Rodriguez as the feature. She uses language that is derogatory, hurtful, and racist. Yes she has “apologized” but to keep doing it again and again, means you don’t really mean you’re sorry. I would think FabFitFun would’ve known this before allowing her to be a feature to a subscription service that caters to women and men from all walks of life. This is a slap in the face to me, that FabFitFun really doesn’t care about their customers, it’s truly about the dollars and cents at the end of the day.

When this company started it was great, but we have canceled our subscription because it’s become pretty much beauty products and the terrible shirt sweater you just sent.!!!!!!!!!!! I gave it another delivery and you guys suck!!!!!!!!! So good luck! You were great with your products in the beginning but the last couple were bad!!!!!!!!!!!!

Though the follow up customer service I received was efficient and much appreciated, their service, methods, and business model overall are not what I desire in a company I choose to do business with. Mainly the issue of how easy it is to place an order mistakenly or without a chance to review or edit before being charged. This same business tactic can be seen in the way their app operates as well (charging the customer for anything left in their cart). It's a shame since the service they're providing is one I would otherwise enjoy.

This would have been the third box that on the first day of customization that at least 2-3 items have already been sold out. I refuse to get another box that i CAN NOT customize. Because this company can not figure out its inventory. So don’t waste your money or time with fab fit fun. They have lost a customer for life.

Subscriber beware, FFF's customer service is a joke. They tell you one thing then do another thing. Then try and over bill you. On top of constant OOS issues and the constant wait on getting your money back. Not to mention the outsourcing of CS who do not understand. FFF is a JOKE. Reply to FFF, I have contacted you on 10 different accounts and every respond has been the same. Sorry for sending the wrong email information but it is your fault. I am no longer giving you the power to insult me or make me feel any less of a person because of your misinformation.
