Hi there! All members are able to customize some of the items in their boxes, regardless of subscription type, in order to receive a variety of items they love! Annual members are able to customize 5 items in their boxes, and Seasonal members are able to customize 3 items! Any items included in advertisements vary based on individual customization selections. We always strive to provide enough inventory so that all members can pick their first choice item during customization, however, keep in mind that items are only available while supplies last! We hope to surpass your expectations in the future!

Hi Nikky! We're so sorry to hear your Spring box missed the mark for you! As all boxes are the same size but contain different item combinations due to varying Customization selections, some boxes containing smaller sized items feature a cardboard insert to ensure the items are not damaged in transit by shifting around inside the box! However, all members should have received a total of eight full-sized items within their Spring Box.
