I tried several times to cancel my membership and finally did but a box still came. Russel helped to send me a refund for that. I'm just waiting for a mailing sticker.

FFF rep took my call late at night and resolved the issue!
FFF rep took my call late at night and replaced the missing box 📦 that was supposed to be there, per email. She knew what to do to bring resolution and was polite and helpful, especially since I called late in the evening.
