For now .. I’m having a bad experience and I haven't even received the box yet. My husband bought me an annual membership, he wanted to surprise me for my birthday and then asked to send my box to the address of the store he works at. The day before delivery my husband changed the address , so that the next boxes would be delivered to my home. However, for some reason the delivery was not made to the first address that had already been processed.
So after that I went to the chat and complained about it , and an attendant said that to process the new delivery will take more than 3 weeks and gave me only $ 10 credit for the inconvenience, hehehe
NOW I don’t have my gift box , I have $10 of credit
NOW tell me what I buy with $10 on the site where everything is expensive
NOW I have no estimated date for receiving it.
I VERY HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!

Fabfitfun is a dishonest company
Fabfitfun is a dishonest company. I cancelled my subscription months ago after receiving two boxes of complete junk for me and my mother. I got a confirmation email that my subscription was cancelled. Then today my account was billed again for the summer boxes. I called customer service located in the Philippines and operated by people who I can barely understand. After two calls I hung up in frustration, though they acknowledged that I had cancelled my subscription and they don't know why I was billed. So I got no resolution from those calls. I called my bank and had to hold for 45 minutes for a rep. The rep blocked all future attempts to bill me and said that Fabfitfun is one of the companies that repeatedly does this to customers. Fabfitfun is a good idea gone bad. If my favorite podcasters continue to advertise them I will no longer listen. Please everybody let's erase this company. They don't deserve any more chances.

TOTAL SCAM
I would like to give this scamming place ZERO stars. I cancelled my subscription cause the Spring 2020 box was repeated crap. Well I decided to give it another go. I typically love my boxes. Welp they duped me and sent me a “Style” box and charged me an additional $20. It’s one of those...we’ll send you some clothes, pick what you want and then return what you don’t like. I didn’t even ok this!!!! Like at all!! I did the clothing survey (along with all the questions) when I signed up over 2 years ago and have never received the “style” box. But just because I renewed my subscription it’s ok to charge my card and send me junk. And let me tell ya, it was junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cheaply made/UGLY clothing. Don’t even bother trying to get in touch with customer service because “style” is different than the regular box. You have 3 days to decide on what you like and send it back. Uuuuuhhhh they better go off the shipping date. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should’ve stayed with my original gut and stayed cancel. Oh and by the look of the summer box, it’s things I’ve already been sent, like twice already. Awful, just completely awful!!!

Be very careful with this company
Be very careful with this company. I have been trying to cancel for months and they just sent me another box, without the opportunity to customize products. Although some of the stuff they send is great, most if it is not something you want to buy. It will just accumulate and be a waste of money. They are now saying (after much time on chat) that they have canceled me, but that I am committed for two more boxes and cannot be refunded. Again, think twice before getting start with FabFitFun.

Hi Jane! We are sorry to hear about your experience. While we want each of our customers to absolutely love every product they receive we also know everyone has different tastes and not every item will be a hit for all our members. To help clarify, canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. As an annual member, since you have prepaid a year's worth of boxes, you are still set to receive the boxes you have paid for under your annual plan even if your account is already canceled. If there is anything we can do to make your experience better please send our Customer Care team a message at fff.me/care. We would love to hear from you!

Don’t Subscribe Unless You Enjoy Being Charged for Extra Items and Long Chat Times to Fix Issues
UPDATE: My box shipped a week and a half ago from a location 45 minutes from my house. I received an email on Monday with tracking information indicating it would arrive on Thursday. When it didn’t arrive as expected on Thursday, I checked the information again. It now states “No Scheduled Delivery Date at this Time.” The tracking information shows it has been at an alternate location, also 45 minutes away, since Monday which was 5 days ago.
I contacted customer service and received a generic response that boxes will arrive about a month after billing and that I would receive tracking information once it ships. I reiterated that my box had already shipped but had not arrived as expected, and that the status had changed, which was my concern. There response was, “Yes, we have access to the tracking information from your account.” If you could see that it had already shipped, why not address the fact that it is missing? They went on to say They would refer it to the appropriate department and email me when they had information.
This is a VERY time consuming process just to receive a subscription box and babysit the process, from customization through receipt of the box. Perhaps they flagged my account after I posted this review? Either way, I don’t get the sunshine and butterflies feel from their regular customer service that is presented in their responses here. No apologies for inconvenience, no sense that they’ve even read the original concern - just boilerplate, generic responses.
My daughter and I first subscribed in Winter 2019, but upgraded to annual subscriptions in Summer 2020 to ensure we we able to choose all five options. When time came to choose our selections, the website kept crashing for my daughter. I was able to make it through, but it wouldn’t show any of my selections. I contacted their chat, and Clint was pretty helpful, explaining that they were have technical difficulties and all should be well. It was an hour of my day I wasn’t expecting to have to spend, but at least he seemed helpful. In addition to our boxes, we also chose 2 add on items the day before.
Fast forward to the last week. I get an email that I am being charged for several items that I didn’t choose. Luckily for me, I had done several screen shots of my selections to prove I hadn’t chosen the additional add-ons at the end of my customization. I chatted with a rude and condescending employee, Amir. After sending screenshots from my chat with Clint and pictures showing my actual selections, he tells me the best he can do is offer me a 30% discount on the items - items I didn’t want and didn’t order. About an hour in including wait times he insists my only options are the 30% credit or to return the items at my expense. I finally asked to speak with his supervisor. He puts me on hold, comes back and says they will do a courtesy credit. I thanked him, but before the end of the chat he adds, he again adds in some snarky comments as if they are doing me a favor.
A few days later my daughter notices she is overcharged as well, also for over $40. She gets an email that her items have shipped, and low and behold there are 2 add-ons she didn’t select that she has been charged for. Groundhog Day, anyone?
Neither of us received any confirmation emails showing the additional add-on items, and their stance is we can’t prove we DIDNT order them. How do you prove you didn’t order something if there are no confirmation emails for items you DID purchase???
We have already paid over $170 for the annual subscription. We even ordered a few add-one, but apparently that wasn’t enough so they added more items to our orders. Smarmy, dishonest company with poor customer service and now We are both locked in.

Fabfitfun pretended to care for all of 10 minutes yesterday.
I commented recently about how FFF had screwed my mother over after she had survived covid and FFF commented and told me to reach out to them and I did on this platform and haven’t heard back since. I am worried they only replied that to me to seem like they were taking action because my post garnered a lot of attention and they didn’t want it to reflect badly on them. I’m just trying to be there for her right now because my father recently fell into a coma as he also became infected with Covid due to his proximity to my mother. If anyone replies to this with their email, I will happily send them one of their “free” boxes that will cost you $5 in shipping or I can give you a code for $10 off your first FFF Box if you’d like. I hope FabFitFun contacts us soon.. I really thought quarantine was bringing people together in a way because we are all doing something to help and in this case I feel like FFF doesn’t care about what’s affecting real people going through real situations and I know it’s just a subscription box, but it’s much more than that for my mother. For my mother it’s a piece of normalcy from before covid and back when she used to treat herself to this subscription box. I hope everyone stays well and is safe and if you need help, look in your area for places that are able to help you get the food or clothes or supplies that you need. Sending hugs to everyone!

Spring 2020 box is so disappointing!
I had gotten one box before, maybe 6 months ago, that was decent. I was looking for a pick-me-up during lockdown and it was almost my birthday so I decided to reactivate my membership. So disappointed with the spring box! First, it never let me customize my box.
I received a cardigan which is HUGE and might work as a bathrobe but I already have two of those.
Gold necklace looks like plastic kiddie or vending machine jewelry.
Detangling brush might be OK but I already own two of them.
Random hair and skin products I may or may not use.
Overall nothing that I would have spent money on.
I got the email to customize my summer 2020 box and every time I try, I get an error message. The one item I would have liked (kimono) is already out of stock, and more is going out of stock while I deal with the error messages. Tried to chat with them and was something like #454 in the queue so I emailed instead. Unless I'm able to successfully customize my summer box with items I actually want, I'll go ahead and cancel.
